"My daughter's wedding was planned in a short period of time; Megan was outstanding with helping us accommodate our guests and the rest of the staff was wonderful! "This was the second wedding (both daughters) we had at the Elgin Holiday Inn and Suites. Both times the service, help, and attention to detail was awesome. And everyone is SO friendly! They were able to meet all color requests with seating and decor, helped with our own decor that we brought in, paid attention to the crowd and adjusted things as necessary, and even helped us arrange a breakfast gathering for the following morning. Special thanks go out to Mark and Crystal!!! If we had more daughters, we'd keep going back."
